Meet Marion Moss Hubbard, Ph.D.: Our Board Member

We are honored to have Marion Moss Hubbard, Ph.D., on our ICF board. Dr. Hubbard , a pioneer in Transpersonal Psychology, brings profound insights into the human psyche and creative expression. As the founder of Heroic Journey Consulting, she empowers individuals to navigate their unique paths and overcome personal challenges. An accomplished mentor, author, presenter, and educator, Dr. Hubbard is dedicated to fostering well-being, inner peace, and fulfillment, enriching our foundation's commitment to nurturing creativity and transformative experiences.

Meet Kris Palouda, Our AI and Marketing Advisor

Kris Palouda is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in training and leadership. As an author and coach, she has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and organizations to harness the power of AI for the co-creation of artistic expression. Kris's innovative approach seamlessly blends technology with creativity, helping her clients unlock their full potential and bring their artistic visions to life. With a deep commitment to education and personal growth, she continues to inspire and guide others on their journeys toward creative excellence.

MEET Mark Butland, PH.D.: OUR BOARD Chair

Dr. Mark J Butland is an author, researcher, and communication professor, currently serving as Dean of Learning and Instruction at Calbright College, California’s state-wide online community college. Butland has been recognized for his excellence in teaching and scholarship, having made significant contributions to higher education through his textbooks and innovative approaches to teaching and learning. With a career spanning over 40 years, prior to Calbright, Mark has served as faculty at Austin Community College, Baylor University, and Texas State University, and as Dean at Kirkwood Community College and Southwestern College.

MEET Lisa Longworth, PH.D.: Founder, Executive Director

Dr. Lisa Longworth is an acclaimed artist, award-winning author, therapist, and speaker with a career spanning nearly 50 years. Her work, inspired by a near death experience following brain surgery, and honed by her mentorship under Dr. Jonas Salk, focuses on the transformative power of art and creativity to unite our divided world. Longworth founded the International Creativity Foundation (ICF) to foster personal, community and planetary transformation through creative expression. Her books, courses, and transformative "Cocoon to Butterfly" program have aided thousands in their personal creative metamorphosis. Lisa is a magna cum laude graduate in fine arts from the University of California, San Diego, and also holds advanced degrees in psychology and expressive arts therapy.

MEET Lukas Lachenmeirer,MBA, Our Financial ADVISOR

Lukas Lachenmeier, MBA, blends his expertise in the financial world with his creativity as both a painter and a filmmaker. He holds an economics degree from the University of Zürich and attended the USC School of Cinematic Arts Master's program in Los Angeles. As an entrepreneur, he has successfully started and sold two companies. As an artist, he paints daily. Lukas splits his time between Los Angeles, Switzerland, and El Salvador.
